Our e-store may occasionally send campaign information, information about new products, and promotional information to its customers and members. The websites at http://www.machineandlearning.com and http://www.mlteknoloji.com (hereinafter referred to as "M&L Software Technologies") and our stores, call center, and customer services operated by M&L Software Technologies at Kazımiye Mah. Aşıkveysel Sk No:33/7 Çorlu TEKİRDAĞ (hereinafter referred to as "We" or the "Company") are operated by the Company. As the data controller, our Company is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data and for establishing and managing the data recording system.
As a company, we show maximum sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. In order to provide you with uninterrupted service domestically and abroad, personal data notified to our Company by you or obtained by our Company through other channels must be processed. With this awareness, we wish to inform you about the processing of all personal data belonging to all persons related to the Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, including collection, storage, and transfer of data obtained under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"), but not limited to these, and regarding the purpose of such processing.
Our Company requests certain personal data from users during membership or while using M&L Software Technologies in order to provide better service to internet users using M&L Software Technologies, to carry out sales, delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, and after-sales service of M&L Software Technologies products, to provide general or personalized advertising, announcements, and campaign information for product promotion, to increase customer satisfaction and provide better service, to give feedback, etc.
Personal data is any information that identifies or makes a person identifiable. This information may be, for example, your name, address, email address, or phone number. Information collected through cookies (see Extended Section, Cookies) that does not directly allow identification of your identity, such as how you use M&L Software Technologies, may also be considered personal data if collected, stored, and evaluated on an individualized basis assigned to a user identity. Non-personal data is information that is only aggregated, can be described as big data, summarized, collected, evaluated, and anonymized so that it cannot be associated with a real person.
Your personal data is processed by our Company for purposes including sales of our products/services, product delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, after-sales service operations; ensuring control of services performed by our company and authorized third parties; increasing our company's recognition through messages with celebration, wishes, and similar content and providing general or personalized advertising, announcements, newsletters, and campaign information for promotion and marketing of our products/services; conducting customer surveys to provide better service and increase customer satisfaction; providing feedback to you and other purposes; and is transferred to systems in Turkey or abroad, primarily EU countries, and/or companies within our group, authorized services, authorized dealers, logistics companies, IT service providers, market research companies, call center service providers, and other third parties with whom we cooperate or from whom we benefit (you may apply to our company in writing for more detailed information) for contract performance, data security, compliance with group policies of our affiliated company, and other purposes stated above.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to M&L Software Technologies and our other business partners, suppliers, Group Companies, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL for purposes including carrying out necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from products and services offered by our Company and Group Companies; customizing and recommending products and services offered by our Company and Group Companies according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; ensuring legal and commercial security of persons in a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations for communication conducted by our Company, ensuring physical security and supervision of Company locations, business partner/customer/supplier evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs, etc.); determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies; and ensuring execution of our Company's human resources policies.
Your personal data is obtained in any verbal, written, or electronic environment in line with the purposes stated above so that the products and services we offer can be provided within the determined legal framework and our Company can fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. Personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL and for the purposes specified in this text.
As personal data subjects, if you submit requests regarding your rights to our Company, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.
