OK and NOT OK statuses obtained from the PLC, which acts as a testing device, are instantly recorded in the database. Products are weighed with the scrap weighing system, and scrap quantities are extracted. Breakdown situations are entered by the foreman/personnel via the kiosk screens, ensuring that SMS and emails are sent to the relevant departments. Maintenance teams resolve the breakdown by swiping their cards. Detailed reports show how long it took the maintenance teams to intervene in the breakdown, how long it took to resolve it, and which personnel resolved it. By calculating line, shift, and personnel efficiencies with the data collected in production, any production deficiencies are eliminated, thereby increasing production yield.

We offer you AI-supported production prediction algorithm projects with data analyses made from the data collected in line with your demands, making the production process more effective. We prepare detailed graphics regarding the hourly, shift, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly quantities of manufactured goods produced on a line in the factory.
