QUALITY CONTROL PROJECTS

Factories produce defective goods caused by production errors, resulting in hundreds of thousands of TRY in losses every year. The goal of our algorithms is to detect the aforementioned production errors and to eliminate or correct them during production. By using object detection algorithms, we can check whether the detected objects are faulty/defective. AI-powered programs are developed by taking into account the error criteria determined by our customers. Even the detection of errors on a centimeter (and in some projects, millimeter) scale originating during production is performed. Error sensitivities will be determined according to our customers' requests.

The project here is a program that operates by building upon an artificial intelligence model entirely trained by us, where checks such as whether screws are present in baskets, whether screw heads are broken or not, whether they are in the correct place, whether plastics are attached or not, whether they are attached backward, and whether the right plastic is in the right place are performed within seconds.
