Providing legal logging and internet sharing management within the scope of Law No. 5651, our hotspot software is a complete and reliable solution for all businesses offering bulk internet access, such as hotels, motels, hostels, dormitories, schools, apart-hotels, residential complexes, teachers' lodges, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Our 5651 logging hotspot program module works in harmony with all hotel automation applications and similar management programs on the market. By reading existing accommodation data via API from Ms SQL, Oracle, cloud-based applications, Sql view, XML, JSON, EXCEL, and CSV, it can automatically create accounts for internet usage in Hotspot systems installed alongside Mikrotik Router, UniFi Cloud Key, Ruijie Cloud, and Grandstream Cloud. The program runs fully automatically without requiring any user intervention. Our program supports Turkish, English, German, Russian, and Arabic languages.
For the user addition process, it checks current guest records at 1-minute intervals and adds them into Mikrotik Router, UniFi Cloud Key, Ruijie Cloud, Grandstream Cloud (referred to as these applications), using the TR Identity Number or passport number as the username, and the room number as the password. If desired, you can remove the password section and allow users to log in using only their TR Identity Number or passport number. For the user deletion process, the current guest list and records previously added to these applications are checked at 30-minute intervals (this duration can be extended or shortened upon request), and users no longer on the accommodation list are deleted from these applications.
In addition to automatic user addition functions, our program has a self-user creation feature for non-staying customers in areas like restaurants, beaches, and schools. This is done by querying via SMS or NVI (https://www.nvi.gov.tr/) with a TR Identity Number, or by dropping a call to a SIP-based phone number. Our software, which provides a registration function with predefined PIN code security to prevent everyone from using the self-user registration menu, also includes additional features allowing you to provide internet service in areas where free or paid, personnel-controlled internet sales are desired.
Note: Some programs provide the views or xmls to be received for a fee; please discuss this detail with the company providing support for your hotel program and inform the hotel accordingly.
There is no annual license fee request for our software. A service fee of $50+VAT is charged for needs such as user-error-induced reinstallations from scratch and changing the computer where the program is installed.
