AI-Powered Prediction of Berger Values and Automatic PLC Setting

#1010
The project involving the prediction of the Berger (fabric whiteness) value by a pre-trained AI model using Caustic, Peroxide, and Speed values, and setting it to the PLC has been successfully completed.

The utilization of reverse engineering application results in machine control and the resulting controllability of the degree of whiteness: The transfer of the obtained models to automation and the determination of working scenarios have been completed with this activity. The commissioning works of the artificial intelligence-based automation system have been successfully completed, except when the average Berger value exceeds the determined target Berger value during operation. Thanks to the patch software developed in previous periods, in addition to reading the machine values used in production, making necessary interventions, and setting the adjustments remotely, artificial intelligence models were also added to the automation system, resulting in a fully automatic whiteness control system operating in a closed loop. First of all, an interface was created that brings together the Berger values obtained from the C-tex color measurement device and the values set on the machine (PLC) and runs the scenarios together with artificial intelligence models.
